Heel Love

there's one reason that makes me wait for autumn...these zara heels! 
i love them, i've never worn them and now it's time to bring them out! i just need the right weather, not too hot and not too rainy...

expect some outfitposts with these amazing heels this autumn! i have plenty of ideas to style them

Sale Love

i must admit, i love sale! i think i bought 70% of my wardrobe during sale, especially zara sale.
years ago i bought whatever i liked and that didn't punish my wallet, nowadays i think i understand who i am and what suits me. before i buy something i consider if it fits the style i have and that i try to embrace. 

there is this one question i always ask myself before i buy anything on sale. 'would i pay the full price for this item?' if i wouldn't i leave it right there at the shop! 

why buy something i wouldn't even consider for a few euros more? i guess this just shows i don't really like the piece and it's just the price tag that attracts me. 
i only want to buy things that have the potential to become a favorite! i want to love what i wear, i don't just want to buy for the sake of making bargains and having tons of clothes. 

but these zara heels are just perfect! they suit almost everything and are really comfortable. they're real leather and i scored them for 39,90 euro (original price was 89,90 Euro). i left the shop with a huge smile on my face!

the bag is from mango and was on sale too. i got it for my birthday and love it! next to an olive colored shopper this is one of my two not black bags. i just have a weakness for black bags!

certainly i have some other sale finds and i guess you'll see the one or the other item on this blog the next time!

A Happy New Year

...that's what i wish you from the bottom of my heart! many people complained about the year 2013, that they can't wait until it's over and 2014 brings a fresh start and a new try.
well, my year was not too bad, hands down. it was not the best year ever, but by far not the worst. 
i do have some new year's resolutions, but really nothing outreagous, nothing i didn't plan before^^

find a job, do more sports, eat healthier again, finally get my drivers licence, buy less stuff and start investing in staple designer clothing, travel more, laugh more, be more positive, somehow get to new york. i think thats basically it. do you have any resolutions for 2014? anything you wanna change?

the outfit above is something i would love to wear for a glamourous new years eve party. i love the all black look, as you might know. the silver and orange details give it a modern and cool twist.

White Leather Top

first of all let me say: sorry for the cheesy quality! it was already late that day and getting dark, i tried to save the best i could with photoshop. and if this wasn't enough, that day i had some problems with my camera, i have no clue where this noise in the image came from. couldn't see it on the little display and when i was home it was too late. 

but anyway, i still want to show you these pictures! it's one of my favourite outfits. the pants were a steal (zara sale - yippee), the shoes love at first sight and the white leather top is one of my absolute faves this summer. i love the mesh cut outs on the side and back! and the céline, what can i say next to 'love of my life'?!^^ (naaa...just joking...some kind of...:-P )

On My Mind/Feet: Zara Heels

this post was supposed to be todays on my mind post, where i wanted to tell you how badly i need these shoes blablabla...
well, yesterday i went to the city and stopped by at zaras', like i always do, and there they were, last pair, my size. i just had to buy them, especially for this price!
so this is not a on my mind post anymore, actually it's now a on my feet post.

i also added a lovely trenchcoat to my wardrobe. i saw this babe at h&m last week and though i'm on a strict budget this month, i somehow managed to get it! (at this point i have to say: danke mama^^) i was looking for a black flattery summer trench foro a while now and when i saw this one it was love at first sight! it's by h&m trend and costs 99,90 €.

Graffiti City

there's this one street (kiefernstraße) in duesseldorf, it's full of graffitis. it's beautiful, everywhere different styles and colors. this is definetly modern art!
i thought this fierce black-white style is the perfect contrast. 
looking forward for autumn now, i do miss my leather pants^^

Real and Steal: Alexander Wang Dasha Boots

I have a crush on these Alexander Wang Dasha booties since i saw them for the first time, and some days ago i saw they're on SALE. but they're still FAR out of my budget right now, though i would really love to own this beautifull pair of shoes.
today i saw the gorgeous victoria törnegren rockin these babes in her blogpost. i was quite sure she's wearing the A.Wangs, but then when i checked on her shirt i saw her shoes are from choies.

so choies did it again, they seem to have the just EXACT same shoe in store. when i had a closer look at the choies picture i recognized they just took the A.Wang picture and photoshoped the labels name on the inside sole and the reflection beneath.
well, i think thats quite presuming. i do want to see the product i want to purchase, and not just an image of the product it was inspired by. though they seem to look great, as we can see on victoria törnegrens outfit picture.

ok, here are some facts:
the Alexander Wang Dasha boots are on sale right now. the old price was 685 $ (~533 €), the sale price is 432 $ (~336 €), which is a quite big reduction. they're available here

the choies price is 109,99 € and according to choies 100% real leather. available here

Illustrations

today i first tried my graphic tablet which i bought last summer and never really worked with. now during photoshop course i gave it a second chance, and badaboom - i looove it!

this illustrations each took me about half an hour to 45 minutes and are quite good for my "first" try. i have to say, i've learned a lot in 12 days of photoshop course. sure, it's far from perfect, but i think it's good enough to share it with you guys.

sorry for the lack of updates the last two weeks. had so much to do, i know, thats not a good excuse, but it's true. right now i'm taking part in a photoshop course and had to do a collage to practice some stuff. and here is what i did, just a little thing, an outfit i really liked from camilleovertherainbow.com.

Classic Me

these pictures are from the very first outfit shooting i did some weeks ago, and its one of my favourite outfits! 
i think this is a very classic combo thats is perfect for everyday. you can't go wrong with a white shirt, black blazer, jeans and pumps. 
with the purple pumps and the xxl clutch with transparent part the outfit gets an edgy touch, which i absolutley love.
the belt is the most perfect i ever had! oh my gosh! i love it! bought it some weeks ago at H&M and am wearing it almost everyday since then.

diese bilder sind vom allerersten outfitshoot den ich je gemacht habe vor ein paar wochen, und das outfit ist eins meiner favoriten!
ich finde dies ist eine sehr klassiche kombination die perfekt für den alltag geeignet ist. du kannst praktisch nichts falsch machen mit einem weissen shirt, schwarzem blazer, jeans und pumps. 
mit den lila pumps und der xxl clutch mit transparentem teil bekommt das ganze einen sehr trendigen look mit ein paar ecken, was ich absolut liebe.
der gürtel ist der tollste, perfekteste den ich je hatte! oh my gosh! ich liebe ihn! ich hab ihn vor ein paar wochen bei H&M gekauft und trage ihn seitdem fast jeden tag.

love the combination of the hard black and white leather contrast and the soft light blue cotton shirt. 
love love love my sunglasses! they're so much fun ^^ planing on a How to Wear post about mirrored sunglasses, what do you think? cause i think this might be a huge trend this summer.

ich liebe die kombination des harten schwarz-weiß-leder kontrasts und dem weichen hellblau baumwollhemd. 
ich liebe liebe liebe meine sonnenbrille! sie macht einfach freude ^^ ich plane einen How to Wear post über verspiegelte sonnenbrillen zu machen, was denkt ihr? denn ich glaube das könnte ein grosser trend diesen sommer werden.

i don't support or damn replicas or copies, i just show you what is going on out there. everybody has to know for themselves what they think about it and where the border is between  being inspired by or copied. i have my opinion on it, but i'll keep it for myself and let you make your own conclusion.

i saw them and immediately fell in love. but the price is just too high for my budget and my legs are not yet in a shape that would allow me to wear such heels.
 but these babies were definetly on my mind. so iwas quite astonished when i saw a replica on choies.com. this one is just the same shoe!

diese neue kategorie heisst Real and Steal, was soviel heisst wie Original und Fälschung. ich werd euch hier designerteile und die kopie zeigen.
 ich unterstütze oder verurteile in dieser kategorie nicht, ich will euch einfach zeigen was dort draussen in der modewelt so vor sich geht. ich habe meine eigene meinung zu diesem thema, behalte diese aber für mich und lass euch selbst entscheiden. jeder sollte sich selbst gedanken darüber machen was er davon hällt und wo die grenze zwischen inspiriert sein und dreist kopieren ist. 

in diesem post gehts um die ALEXANDER WANG Aline schuhe aus der aktuellen ss13 kollektion. ich hab mich sofort ihn sie verliebt und hab sie natürlich sofort erkannt als ich die kopie auf choies.com gesehen habe. also meines erachtens nach ist das der selbe schuh!
