imPRESS Press-On Manicure

due to work and life blogging came a little short lately, but this little beauty innovation i discovered is definitly worth a blogpost. i'm talking about the imPRESS press-on manicure.

when i was a teenager in the late 90s i experimented with glue on nails, and though i liked the look then, the outcome was never satisfying. the liquid glue was a challenge to handle, the outcome not very pretty and it caused a unpleasant pressure on my fingertips.

but this press-on manicure is a true game changer! it's far from the usual glue-on nails, as its name is press-on manicure - not press-on nails. they are way thinner, have  an adhesive foil and are super easy to apply - and the best: they are removed in a second without damaging your nails.
you have 24 covers in different sizes in one bottle. just choose the right ones for each finger, clean your nails with the attached wipe, remove the thin plastic that protects the adhesive foil and press them on - finished!

they last up to a week, but during that time you maybe should take a little time out from cleaning your windows and such things^^ they hold quite firm, but definitely don't take every challenge.

they are a big thing in the us and just made their way to germany. they have pretty colors and nice designs and even different length. if you take some time and a nail file you easily can change the shape and shorten them.

so all in all they are a nice and fun way for a super easy and quick manicure!

the color on my nails is called 'so, so stellar' and is a pretty nude with a pinkish undertone.
The colors on the first picture are: 'so, so stellar', 'kiss & tell', 'so, so stellar', 'ex on the beach', 'stiletto' and 'casting call'

  1. These look great. When nails like these I always have problems with the fit. They just don't seem to fit my fits very well, so I don't buy them any more. These do come in great colors though.
