Layered Breakfast

i love layering, not just in fashion, but also when it comes to food, and especially breakfast! there are just too many good things, so sometimes i decide to have a little bit of everything.

this one is just one option, there are so many others. just be creative!

here are the layers in detail (from bottom to top):

  • plain yoghurt
  • pureed raspberries and strawberries
  • rolled oats
  • mashed banana
  • chia pudding (chia seeds soaked over night in vanilla soy milk)
  • chopped strawberries, passion fruit and some coconut chips
it's easily made, healthy and super yummy! give it a try and tell me your favorite combinations!
